Responsibilities
- Coordinate public health initiatives across Bexar County communities
- Manage outreach programs for underserved populations
- Collaborate with local government agencies and non-profits
- Analyze community health data and develop intervention strategies
- Prepare and submit grant compliance reports
- Train community health workers on program protocols
- Represent the agency at public meetings and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public administration or program coordination experience
- Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Experience with grant management and reporting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
