Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or public sector experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital service platforms
- Valid New York State driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally for material handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
