- Process permits, licenses, and municipal applications following established protocols

- Assist with public outreach initiatives and community engagement events
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government software systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced public sector environment
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
