Responsibilities

- Process permits, licenses, and municipal service requests with accuracy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery
- Support emergency preparedness initiatives and public information campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and required government screenings
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with government software or CRM systems a plus
