Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and phone assistance to residents for permit applications, utility services, and public programs
- Process government transactions with accuracy and efficiency using proprietary software systems
- Coordinate weekend community outreach events at public facilities across Miami-Dade
- Maintain detailed records of resident interactions and service requests in compliance with county protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve complex citizen inquiries
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Public Administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish required
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
