Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Process and review applications for municipal programs, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain and update accurate records in departmental databases and case management systems.
- Assist constituents in navigating complex government procedures and redirecting them to appropriate resources when necessary.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to streamline service delivery and resolve constituent issues efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on municipal policies and service updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or public sector interaction.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation are recommended.
