Responsibilities
- Coordinate interdepartmental service delivery initiatives
- Manage constituent communication channels and response protocols
- Analyze service performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Develop community outreach programs for underserved populations
- Collaborate with city council on policy implementation
- Oversee grant-funded service projects
- Prepare monthly service delivery reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years government or nonprofit experience
- Colorado driver's license and clean record
- Proficiency in municipal software systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced knowledge of Colorado Sunshine Laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
