Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in municipal government or public service coordination
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences
- Experience with grant writing and compliance reporting
- Valid California driver's license
