Responsibilities
- Coordinate interdepartmental service delivery across Charlotte's 7 council districts
- Manage constituent communication channels including 311 system and digital platforms
- Develop data-driven reports on service efficiency and community satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with community leaders to identify emerging service gaps
- Oversee implementation of federal grant-funded community programs
- Train frontline staff on new service protocols and technology tools
- Prepare quarterly briefings for city council members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 3+ years of municipal government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's municipal structure and community resources
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Proven crisis management experience during community emergencies
- Experience managing federal grant compliance and reporting
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
