Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years construction inspection or civil engineering experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification
- Knowledge of municipal codes and construction standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in field conditions and adverse weather
- Proficiency with inspection software and mobile technology
