Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites for compliance with city codes and safety regulations
- Review engineering plans and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Document violations and issue correction notices to contractors
- Conduct field investigations related to public infrastructure complaints
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical discrepancies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- 3+ years of construction inspection or public works experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- ICBO certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency with CAD software and inspection documentation tools
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and OSHA standards
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
