Responsibilities
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park beautification projects
- Operate light machinery and hand tools safely under supervision
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform site cleanup and waste disposal duties
- Support traffic control and safety protocols
- Document daily progress and report maintenance issues

Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied weather
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
