Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and landscape maintenance
- Operate heavy equipment safely (training provided)
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk installation, and drainage system upkeep
- Support emergency response during weather-related incidents
- Maintain clean and organized work zones following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain flagging certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and reliability
