Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and drainage installation
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power saws) under supervision
- Maintain public spaces including parks, sidewalks, and municipal buildings
- Assist in emergency response during storms or infrastructure failures
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Document work activities and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
