Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws, compressors) safely
- Assist in road maintenance, park construction, and drainage projects
- Follow OSHA protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with crews to complete projects on schedule
- Report hazards and maintain equipment functionality
- Participate in emergency response during severe weather
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety standards
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work
