Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor on public infrastructure projects including road repair and utility installations

Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class A CDL license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- 3+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Clean background check and drug-free workplace compliance
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and construction materials
