Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery (bulldozers, excavators) under supervision during training

- Participate in emergency response operations during severe weather
- Complete OSHA safety certifications through our training program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (Class A/B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Commitment to completing paid certification program
- Basic math and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
