Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and equipment operation under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, landscaping, and park facility repairs
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery
- Support traffic control and safety protocols in work zones
- Participate in stormwater management and drainage system upkeep
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
- Adhere to all OSHA and city safety regulations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
