Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and equipment operation
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage systems, and park renovations
- Safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and light machinery
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Support emergency response during storms or public safety events
- Collaborate with crews to complete projects on schedule
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization required
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
