Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and paving
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA standards
- Assist in storm drain maintenance and repair projects
- Support road resurfacing and sidewalk rehabilitation efforts
- Participate in emergency response during extreme weather events
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and reporting
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
