Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, compactors) with proper training
- Maintain and repair public infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Assist in emergency storm response and debris removal operations
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Support traffic control and site setup for municipal projects
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to operate equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions precisely
- Flexible schedule including weekends and emergency call-outs
- Must be U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the US
