Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repair, sewer line inspection, and park upkeep
- Operate heavy equipment safely including excavators, dump trucks, and street sweepers
- Assist in storm response activities including debris removal and emergency repairs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations during all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with construction/maintenance equipment preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and irregular hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
