Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road repair, drainage maintenance, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery and equipment under supervision (training provided)
- Assist in seasonal projects like snow removal, street sweeping, and park maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for construction sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily project objectives
- Document work activities and report equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Valid Indiana Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
