Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and facility maintenance
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in emergency stormwater infrastructure repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of public works assets
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Experience with construction equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
