Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in construction, maintenance, and repair of public infrastructure
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Assist with traffic control and safety protocols
- Participate in seasonal stormwater and sanitation projects
- Support emergency response during weather events
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all backgrounds
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
