Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor tasks
- Valid NC driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic hand/power tool operation experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
