Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist in road maintenance, park upkeep, and drainage system repairs
- Operate machinery safely under supervisor guidance (backhoes, graders, etc.)
- Maintain clean work zones and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Document work progress and report maintenance issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
