Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling for public infrastructure projects
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, pressure washers) under supervisor guidance
- Conduct routine maintenance on sidewalks, parks, and drainage systems across Tulsa
- Document work progress via mobile app and submit digital reports remotely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using virtual communication tools
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests within specified timeframes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years construction/public works experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency in using mobile reporting apps (e.g., Field Service Manager)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills in outdoor environments
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
