Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including digging, lifting, and material handling for infrastructure projects
- Operate and maintain light equipment like jackhammers, saws, and pneumatic tools
- Assist in road repair, sewer maintenance, and park development initiatives
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and project supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with construction or maintenance tools preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
