Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and utility maintenance
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) with proper safety protocols
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk construction, and park maintenance projects
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Follow OSHA guidelines and maintain safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool operation experience
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Experience in construction or public works preferred
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work
