Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, loaders) for infrastructure projects
- Perform road maintenance, pothole repairs, and asphalt work
- Manage storm drain systems and waterway cleanup
- Assist in snow removal and emergency weather response
- Conduct park maintenance and landscape rehabilitation
- Adhere to OSHA and municipal safety protocols
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- CDL Class B certification preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with hand/power tools and heavy equipment
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
