Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on city roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., dump trucks, graders) safely and efficiently
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather events
- Conduct inspections and document infrastructure conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal projects
- Adhere to OSHA and city safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Oklahoma Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction or maintenance
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of municipal infrastructure systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
