Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving operations
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, pressure washers) safely and efficiently
- Install and maintain traffic control devices and signage
- Assist in storm drain maintenance and snow removal operations
- Conduct routine inspections of public infrastructure and report issues
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction, landscaping, or related field
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tool operation
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background check
