Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist in street maintenance, including pothole repair, patching, and sweeping.
- Operate light to medium-duty construction equipment and tools safely.
- Participate in snow and ice removal operations during winter months.
- Support waste management and recycling collection efforts.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Read and interpret simple blueprints, maps, and traffic signs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License is required.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience with hand and power tools is a plus but not required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
