Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and general site cleanup.
- Operate and maintain light to heavy construction equipment and hand tools.
- Assist in road maintenance, repair, and traffic control operations.
- Participate in snow and ice removal operations during winter months.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on job sites.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
