Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, and graders for infrastructure projects
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, paving, and debris removal
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of public facilities
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in emergency response operations during weather events

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience operating heavy machinery or similar equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Basic math and measurement skills
