Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, shoveling, and lifting materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage system repairs, and park facility upkeep
- Operate basic equipment like jackhammers, saws, and pressure washers under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hats, vests, etc.)
- Participate in emergency response efforts during weather events
- Maintain clean work sites and properly dispose of waste materials
- Collaborate with crew members to complete daily project goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (Class C or higher preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including occasional weekends
- Commitment to teamwork and following supervisor instructions
