Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and equipment operation
- Assist in road repairs, drainage systems, and park maintenance
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe work sites following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members on daily project tasks
- Report maintenance issues and hazards to supervisors
- Support emergency response during weather-related events
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (Class D or higher preferred)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- Must be 18+ years old
