Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for road maintenance, drainage repairs, and public space upkeep
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and jackhammers
- Assist in construction projects including sidewalk repairs and utility installations
- Maintain clean and safe work zones following OSHA standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in extreme weather

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Must be available for 24/7 on-call rotations during emergencies
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification within 30 days of hire
