Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, landscaping, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, concrete saws) under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and storm drain cleaning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Support emergency response during severe weather events
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Complete basic equipment maintenance and daily inspections
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Reliable transportation to work sites across Tulsa County
