Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and landscaping for public infrastructure projects
- Operate light equipment such as jackhammers, saws, and compactors under supervision
- Assist in asphalt/concrete repair, storm drain maintenance, and vegetation control
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Participate in emergency response during severe weather events
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with crew members to maintain efficient project timelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with hand/power tools and basic construction methods preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification a plus
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
