Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, graders) under supervision
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Maintain and repair public roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Assist in storm cleanup and emergency response operations
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and reports
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
