Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, landscaping, and equipment operation
- Assist in construction and maintenance of public roads, parks, and utilities
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Complete digital reporting via remote portal (2 days/week)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic equipment operation skills (e.g., jackhammers, dump trucks)
- Strong attention to detail for remote documentation tasks
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
