Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and equipment operation
- Maintain public facilities including parks, roads, and drainage systems
- Assist in emergency response during weather-related events
- Operate machinery safely including loaders, dump trucks, and hand tools
- Follow OSHA protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete daily maintenance reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment familiarity
