Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, dump trucks) with proper safety protocols
- Assist in roadway repairs, sidewalk installations, and drainage system maintenance
- Participate in emergency response for weather-related public works incidents
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida Driver's License with clean record
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with heavy equipment operation or landscaping
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
