Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (bobcats, tampers) under supervision
- Maintain job site safety protocols and equipment cleanliness
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk installation, and drainage projects
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet daily project milestones
- Report maintenance issues and environmental hazards

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
