Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and operating hand tools for infrastructure projects
- Assist in road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs under supervision
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power washers) after proper training
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in emergency response activities during weather events
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Document work progress and material usage accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide all necessary training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculation
- Commitment to teamwork and following safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
