Responsibilities
- Perform groundskeeping and landscaping for municipal parks and facilities
- Operate light machinery (mowers, trimmers, trucks) for maintenance tasks
- Assist in road repair, sign installation, and drainage system upkeep
- Conduct routine inspections of public infrastructure and report issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on community improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- 6 months of landscaping/construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and equipment operation
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
