Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, and hand tools)
- Assist in road repairs, drainage maintenance, and park installations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Report hazards and maintain clean work sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety standards
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
