Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for road maintenance, park upkeep, and utility repairs
- Operate heavy equipment safely (excavators, dump trucks, etc.)
- Assist in emergency response during weather events
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure projects
- Complete daily digital reports via remote portal
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Participate in community beautification initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Strong communication skills for remote team coordination
- 1+ years construction/public works experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
